Classic Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C . Grease and line a baking tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Stir in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold until just combined.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool completely before spreading with cream cheese frosting.
Sprinkle with extra chopped walnuts to decorate. Slice and enjoy!
