Stuffed Cabbage Rolls in Tomato Sauce

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove whole cabbage leaves and blanch until soft, about 2-3 minutes each. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix ground pork , cooked rice, minced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place a heaping spoonful of filling in each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in the sides.
Arrange rolls seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls to cover.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until fully cooked.
Serve warm with extra tomato sauce spooned over the top.
