Creamy Gnocchi with Walnuts & Greens

Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add fresh spinach or other leafy greens and cook until wilted.
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Toss in the cooked gnocchi, stir to coat in the sauce, and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve topped with shaved parmesan and toasted walnuts. Add freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
