Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, a splash of white wine, and let it simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Drain ravioli and gently toss in the butter sauce. Add chopped cooked lobster meat for extra flavor.
Garnish with fresh thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
