Spicy Prawn Spaghetti

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add finely chopped garlic and red chilli flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add raw prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and release juices.
Toss in the cooked spaghetti, squeeze in fresh lime juice, and add a splash of pasta water to create a sauce.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
Serve hot with an extra lime wedge.
