Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C .
Cook the pasta in salted water according to packet instructions until al dente. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic and cook until soft. Stir in passata, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta and sauce. Mix in half the grated cheese.
Transfer pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
